Borne out of a wealth of experience and knowledge from the world of fitness, dance and aerial theatre, BUNGEE FITNESS is a unique technique using your body to bounce, burn and buzz your way to fitness.

Bungee fitness is a low-impact full-body cardio that uses bungees to perform classic bodyweight exercises. Low-impact cardio exercises gets your heart rate up while placing minimal stress on your joints. The bungees will try to pull you up into the air, creating a resistance for you to work against. Providing a fun and effective way to improve overall fitness. 

No experience required! Classes are for everyone and all abilities. The only restriction on who can attend is a weight limit of 14 stone, which was imposed by structural engineers when installing the equipment.

FAQ Bungee Fitness

Age limit:

•You must be 18 or older to participate in bungee fitness

What to wear and bring:

•clean trainers, workout attire (leggings, shorts over leggings, long sleeve or short sleeve top), a water bottle.

•Is there a Weight limit:

YES.

Harnesses and bungee chords will be adjusted before class to provide proper resistance. Because we are just starting Bungee Fitness at our studio we only have one size harness. The weight this can hold is up to 14 stone.

Bungee Fitness is a rigorous high cardio exercise. You may not be eligible to participate in bungee fitness if you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, have a current injury, or are in bad health. If you have any concerns please consult a physician.
