Welcome to Wild Workouts. We offer many fitness classes in a unique combination of sport, dance and acrobatics on a vertical pole, hoop, silks, ropes and trapeze. These sports require great physical and mental exertion, strength and endurance, which are required to lift, hold and spin the body. With us you will learn every move and technique, giving you confidence and building up your fitness and strength. What’s more, we also offer a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere with every class.
We not only help the individual to embrace their inner sexiness and potential, but offer numerous health benefits too; from weight loss and toning, increased blood flow, better self-esteem and self-confidence, and enhanced mental health, with increased endorphins resulting in reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep and reduced isolation.
Our studio is outside the city centre, in the Salford / Swinton area. There is free parking nearby and we’re just a short walk from a railway station so we’re easily accessible. Our classes are unhurried with plenty of chances to chat and make friends at the end.

Younger fitness students are also welcome to learn about aerial fitness, using hoops or silks, or pole fitness.
