At Wild Workouts, younger students of performing arts and fitness are also welcome to learn about aerial fitness using hoops or silks, or pole fitness. These classes are great for overall confidence, body strength and core fitness, and this is doubly important for someone developing and growing into themselves. Parents will need to fill in consent forms for pictures, info and contact information at reception.
